I think elements of this series are beginning to unfold. i’m consistently shooting around 6:30 pm. but is it the time i’m perfecting, or a sense of consistency with this dimming of the day?

This was taken right at 6:40 PM in the Pomona Arts colony. I made a quick visit to essentially just get this picture. Frankly I had thought there was a fountain with dolphins somewhere downtown there, but couldn’t find it. So there went my statues theme I was mulling over. I’ll go back for the merman sculpture on the fountain some day. I’m not sure when exactly would be the best light to capture that however, when I went it was formless in the shadow of day’s end. Perhaps we’ll try a morning series for the next cartridge of film.
